Research Interests

I have been contributing to the digitization of the Smithsonian Institution's Division of Mammals Primate Collection as part of a joint initiative between the Human Origins Program and the Division of Mammals. The main goal of this project is to preserve these invaluable collections while providing additional accessibility to the collection for education and research. The project has produced more than 2,350 objects available for online viewing on the Smithsonian Institution's Human Origins Program website (http://humanorigins.si.edu/evidence/3d-collection). My research interests centers on zooarchaeology where I am primarily interested in studying paleoecology and its effects on changes in human behavior.
