A tranverse plane perpendicular to the long axis of the rostrum and transecting the apex of the antorbital notch is 35 mm or more posterior to the anterior-most point reached by the pterygoid sinus.
A tranverse plane perpendicular to the long axis of the rostrum and transecting the apex of the antorbital notch passes within 30 mm or transects the anterior-most point reached by the pterygoid sinus.
